Not that it matters a whole lot, but neither the OTC BB or the Pinks are not stock exchanges....they are quote services for stocks that are traded over the counter.

Once an MM files Form 211, they wait for any SEC/FINRA "comments", once comments are cleared it can begin being dually quoted Pink and OTC BB with one MM...after 30 days other MM's can piggyback on assuming it's piggyback qualified. If there are a lot of "comments" it can take a while..if few or none, it can be done quite quickly.
