Looks like people are getting out today. They now need to get in touch with pinksheets.com and update this transaction so the cavaet emptor is lifted and we are once again quoted. Guess what? The PR was issued on a Tuesday again, most of them have been. I was one week off. Yes Baron has always been reporting as a private co. it has now become public. That is all that means. I believe too much has been read into this statement. No up listing and if it does decide to up list it will need audited financials which usually takes 6-9 months then there is the waiting period of the governing body. Who knows how long they will take to approve it. Yes we do need more clarification hopefully today or tomorrow.
