This way we can all take this as a writeoff"...If I sold my 115k that would be $1150.00...My cost is $470.00 so I would have a gain about 250% return in a little over a year. Not a bad gain. hmmmmm..should I take the substantial profit or let it ride? I made my decision....I'm letting it ride...Everyone must make their own decision. imho
