Question, can they say this legally when no one has recieved anything? It's from the new website.

"Monarc Corporation was formulated in 2000. The company.... sold these aforementioned operating assets to a China based company. The proceeds of that sale were distributed to our shareholders."

Wouldn't it at least be considered misleading or misrepresentation under SEC rules.
