The year-end Financial and Disclosure Statement reflects a fourth quarter loss of $134 thousand or ($.00262) per share, fully diluted at December 31, 2006. This is a reduction of $516 thousand from its 2006 fourth quarter loss of $650 thousand or ($.01) per share fully diluted.
