AP…. I truly hope this is the case but do you really believe that this will help unless it is coupled with the extinguishing of the current outstanding Cd's to have the appropriate effect for the SP?

If both of these are not done almost simultaneously, then the conversion of the current Cd's would put is back in the same position we currently in with respect to the O/S. 1 billion + O/S...


Maybe somehow Tom will come up the $$$’s to retire some shares and also as some have eluded to….. may have already renegotiated the current Cd's for the exchange of 134 million warrants to YA.

If we got both of those piece of news at the same time then we would shoot through the roof.
