if you are going to papertrade, you just note the buy/sell on paper :P

For real trades, those can be done online. You just have to pull up the option chain and pick a strike price you want. For example, AAPL, you can papertrade it with me tomorrow. AAPL May $165 call (APVEM) at $8.70. You can buy that and sell it at $10, to make a good 25% return.

If you want to be good at trading options, do what I am doing. Stick with a few stocks only. AAPL BIDU GOOG, that's all you need (speaking from my experience too :P)
