PD102 the telling tale will be once the 015 CD is done converting and when the new CD's come due if TS is really looking out for the commoner then he will use cash generated from the entities we own to pay off the CD's otherwise if its all about TS he will continue to dilute by conversion.

If he pays with Cash then I will buy more if he continues to convert causing dilution I will then visit upstate NY only a couple hours for me.
