As a franchise/stock owner I am curious as to what is going on with the company. I have read/heard many rumors and speculations but I like to verify my information before I just assume the worst. I have not heard from anyone in PA since last July. I was initially opening Nov 2007 but builing delays have changed that. I am moving forward with my plans to open my store by October this year. I paid 20k for the right to use the Unique name and recipes and I am going to use them. I am more than willing to pay the monthly royalty's if I get what my Franchise agreement is supposed to provide but no support from corporate = no $ to them from me. I will be able to run the store with or without their help but with would be easier. I hope that JV is able to pull his company out of the fire because the product is extremely good.
