you might be right there and for sure that was the way it was in the dot com bubble but as far as construction companies go I don't think "hot start up" really works. I quoted CAT because it supplies construction companies, I quoted GVA the other day cause it continues to get highway contract work from the government in the same manner as cvic and it is a smaller company (only 10X the net worth of cvic). I believe they are absolutely comparable. I've been a buyer and seller of this company for close to two years, they do have dilution going from 80 million shares to 130 million. If they still had 80 million shares the stock would obviously be worth more especially if they had done more than 37 million in revenue last year. To be honest, I hoping the stock comes down a little more as I think it can be a good money maker; I'm just waiting right now for the next quarter financials.
