My next move will be the morning the quarterly report comes out. If BOCX started to pay Smithline in shares, that will be a signal for me to sell. However, if BOCX paid in cash, I will need to be sure that they are still paying in cash, given the announcement concerning ABT. If it can somehow be shown that BOCX still paid their payment due April 01 in cash (they usually pay the payment a few days before due), I will be anxious to buy more.

Either way, this stock is a huge gamble. One must be prepared, if not expected, to lose much, if not most of their investment, especially if they intend to hold the stock for a long period of time.
