I'm looking forward to my discount with them...did they
give you any feedback on upgrading their charting to something
with esignal type quality ?
I had some "issues" with esignal that resulted in my account
being closed. My charts were configured with your settings
there and I've had a hard time using those settings in my
two other brokerage accounts...they don't have complex
configurations like esignal.
As you know bill...I've only been using your stratagies for
about 6 months but in that short time I've become very
attached to your chart settings and I MISS them. I'm still
trying to find a trading system set up that I'm comfortable
with. I've finally found a broker that specializes in
microcap market that was willing to take me on as a customer.
It seems as they ALL have their own short comings and I
hope I can find a combination that I can work with. I'm
just learning direct access trading now and experiencing
information overload.
My data feeds now include...
Schwab...my main account and have GREAT customer service but
they do not NOW and don't have plans to service our market in
the future... I can't even get more that two decimal point info...tough.
EquityFeed...GREAT for research and now provide me with my
LII feed. The downside there is that the more I trade the
more I realize what a waste of time it is for ME to research
stock as 19 out of 20 times that I find a stock I LIKE..it's
ALREADY on YOUR LIST LOL !!! That means that I'm payin over
80 bucks a month for a LII feed ? Not really worth it unless
they come up with some charting too.
I used to have Esignal...their CHARTS are just AWESOME and their
LII feed is manditory, but I had some HUGE customer service issues
with them...My VISTA system crashed and I lost ALL my work there.
For ONE STRAIGHT WEEK I was promised that a Supervisor would call
and fix my problem...after hours on a Fri. one finally called
and said he could fix my issues with VISTA but I was in my
GARDEN at the time and told him that I was through waiting and
wanted a refund that he said they would NOT give me because HE
could FIX my issues. I THEN spend about THREE hours on Sat.
rebuilding my ENTIRE layout there and was happy to be using
it on MONDAY...buy Wednesday I couldnt' sign in...they had
OUT OF THE BLUE...cancelled my subscription. I can't tell you
how pissed I was...I won't go back to them now but LONG to
have access to your charts again.
I have a NEW broker who specializes on our Microcap market and
has great access to the market with their direct routing. I know
you support OC Securiteis but there again, I couldn't get ANY
customer service. I value customer service above all and I got
NONE there for some reason ? I tried to open an account there
for several months and they never would respond to my application
or my calls...I won't BEG to spend my money. Out of respect for
your preference OC Securities, I won't mention my new broker here,
but they are GREAT in every area except charting...
so I'm back to HOPING that you will get Equity Feed to upgrade
their charting.
Any chances of that happening any time SOON ?

PS...Have you broken down your system in some way that we can
add your settings to any basic charting program ? I've been
fooling around with my new broker and Schwab but their charts,
though they have some features that are superior to Esignal,
they don't hold a candle to Esignals other features.
