What a joke the CEO tells me no Reverse Split, then tells me if I buy shares they will be restricted sounds right, but I buy shares and get screwed and I'm probably the only shareholder that called Eddy Mcgaraugh FACT. Dan I called you over and over, what happened to Don Quartermans shares he bought, what happened to well #2 read the Q's right Big Boy. Can't believe you were so gratious to try and sell me shares at .14 great deal, what happened to your 200,000 shares when did you sell them.

How about buying shares and being told not to sell them at bouble your pruchase price, kinda like saying this is going to double real quick but no it's a shell. Can't wait to find out what happened to the 13 feet plus of oil Scott said was going to be sold, Voice mail incredible.

I told dan it sure would be nice just to get out of this, but no return calls, none. Look at the UTS money people, why did DYNI or SOGN get screwed it's a shell company it never made money. Let's ask the Board of Directors Eddy McGarough what he thinks, and how much oil he told me was under his property FACT.

When you call the number by Dan Seifer and he Doesn't return a Stockholders Phone Call over and over and even the moderators on Investors hub said yep you got screwed.
