I bought HFBV through Scottrade this morning. Yes had to call them instead of being able to place the order over the internet. She said it because it was on their "restricted list". Didn't ask for or get any more detail than that. She placed the order for me and I got the internet price, the whole conversation took about 90 seconds. Also, even though she was placing the order she said I could modify it myself if I wanted to, which I did in fact end up doing. But yeah, I wonder a little myself why HFBV is on Scottrade's "restricted list".
