(NYSE-RGR) will file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the first quarter of 2008 on Tuesday, April 22, 2008, after the close of the stock market. The Form 10-Q will be available on the SEC website at www.sec.gov and the Ruger website at www.ruger.com/corporate/ as soon as practicable after the filing. Concurrent with the posting of the Form 10-Q, an earnings release containing only the financial statements as of and for the quarter ended March 29, 2008 will be issued.
