This thing is going to zero, period. The 40 million was dump by the company to raise whatever money they can make before this sinks to nothing. They keep selling and price makes lower lows. How can them make 1.5 million unless they sell millions of shares, with each massive selling , previous 15 million, last week 40 million, the float is getting bigger and bigger and price is sinking. The smart people have figured this out and bailed.

what's scary is 8-K even adds to the proof they are going raise that cash through stock ?
