Those cross trades today...don't those usually go through to a specific buyer at a pre-negotiated price? That would indicate to me that they are in the process of raising the funds to close one of these deals they've been issuing these LOI PRs about.

I'm not saying I totally trust these guys or anything, but isn't it possible they're actually doing what they say, and that some of the stuff going on in day to day trading supports that?
