My Ameritrade Screen Went Blank Today for ATEX:

I believe its just a name change taking place right now.
From the information I have received, I DO NOT believe a reverse split is underway. Name Change Only ... which I believe is a good thing. It had me a little worried at first when I viewed my Ameritrade account. As investors we never want to see a R/S because our investment goes right down the toilet.
