LB I agree the 015 cd needs to finish up but the 2 things that would instill investor confidence would be 1) TS paying off the new CD's with cash at least one for starters to show he is on the side of the common shareholder and never allowing them to be converted and 2) using some of the E's for increasing shareholder value especially the common shareholder who have taken a beating over the last 6 months.
