We would know something is going on if the execs who have a fiduciary duty to shareholders to apprise them of ongoing developments fulfilled those duties and told us what is going on.
"So please stop insisting that nothing is going on unless you absolutely know."
We can be fairly certain that a number of things are NOT going on , such as increasing revenues , due to available clues such as NeoMedia borrowing more money from YA. Other than that I'd say folks might logically assume that no news is bad news or no news is no news since historically that has been the case nearly 100% of the time.
"You keep insisting that CH release some news, then if he does release something you call it fluff, (Personal OT comment removed)."
CH hasn't released any news about core NeoMedia in over 7 months. Nearly the only 'news' in over 7 months has been about a hiring or two and something about what GSMA is doing although GSMA themselves never actually said it. Yeah, that seemed to be fluff as far as actual execution by NeoMedia is concerned and judging by the share price action it seemingly didn't please too many people.
"Ch will release news when there is some (Personal OT comment removed)."
When and IF there is some.
"As to your claims of BK, if it was going to happen it would have already happened before YA gave them anymore money (Personal OT comment removed)"
That is not necessarily a logical statement as YA could well want to keep NeoMedia alive and doing something for a while longer while YA assesses the relative likelihoods of generating more cash from continuing to dump shares or from dictating a BK and either selling the IP or running a newly restructured company without the hassle of a few thousand shareholders hanging around. What YA probably knows about YA-beneficial timing of a BK goes far beyond what any of us might know about it.

p.s. Personally I think YA might keep the company public and non-restructured for a while , dumping free or cheap shares has to be fun and fairly easy , and they can always throw in a R/S if they deem it to be in their best interests , possibly allowing them to sell shares even longer.
