I don't see this as the same situation. EESO said they have contracts with Marathon and Shell. WNBD said they were negotiating for a nationl contract. In the WNBD case, people were bugging national chains about a possible upcomming contract.

I like what ErJ is doing, trying to verify that we have contracts. What I expect to happen is for the companies involved to refuse to release contract information.
