The Alternative Energy Technology Center, Inc. (OTC:AETE) announced today that it has been notified by the SEC that it is investigating concerns related to stock distribution under a 504 Regulation D filing, complaints of e-mail spam originating from third parties and questions related to its technology. The SEC temporarily suspended trading in the Company's stock through April 15, 2008. AETE is providing information requested and addressing the stated concerns of the SEC.
