i understand how some traders may suspect dilution, because up to the changes in the 504 laws, some unscrupulous companies would issue new free-trading shares on a weekly or daily basis, and i've been suckered like anyone else that plays the penny market. but with the laws changing, pink sheet companies just can't go whacko on the free-trading shares anymore. I'm not a securties law expert, but again, this is just what I have heard from a friend. if this indeed is the new law, this will be much healthier for the market imo.
