I called the TA last week and its their policy not to give out information on companies, so its not a gag by the company per se, its just a pos TA imo. Funny thing is, transfer agents are actually not required to give out the info; the ones that do give it out are basically doing it as a favor lol. IMO there should be a new law requriing transfer agents to disclose information because it is 3rd party validation in a sense, which is very important for pink sheet stocks. In this case, we need to rely on the company for clarification of how they intend to finance the company and it should be addressed in a press release. so far, i haven't seen any indication of dilution, it appears as just profit taking so far, but that's just my two cents.
