Joking a little, but we do need both sides of the coin to make a concious decision with our company..Both sides need to bring evidence or information that true and can be verified..

The company being new and need operating money, they sold shares--this is normal. They made unwise financing in order to go public--this has be over stated, but known. The fact that the financiers are virtually gone as their stock has been sold into the market and the preferred's will be given (lol) as a dividend to Carne's stockholders in his company and will not be eligible for coversion until next year is known. We are, imo, where we should be. I don't like to be down, but this real company has been more transparent than most pinks and have given the bashers lots of opportunity to twist and infer inuendos as true when they were just their opinions.

All posters here have an agenda..read the posts, the past postings of the posters and make your decision of their agenda. Do your own dd so you can have an agenda of your own..As my sig says..don't follow me..I stumble a lot..That might go for following any poster here. You are responsible for your own decisions, buys, sells, holds and investings..There is no one here that is pressing your fingers on the buy or sell button..Clean your glasses..they are not rose colored, and do not let them be opaque..

Sorry if this sounds like a lecture..got kinda carried away..
