Australia banned the plant because of it's toxic nature. Extreme care must be undertaken for the workers to even handle the seeds. Another problem is that the seeds and oil are not stable in open air. They have a "short shelf life" and go bad if not kept in air-tight sealed containers or processed immediately. the same goes for the fuel itself that is made from the oil. Burn it quickly or it is not of much use.
