We would need Canadian employees and and Canadian Address

We are no more Canadian than we are American

But agree the TSE and TSX [Venture exchange] is heavily weighted in resource stocks and our exposure would be enhanced along with the PPS

that's why it made the WhiteBoard
perhaps an Addax Combination of some sort could accomplish this
