قال رئيس وزراء اقليم كردستان العراق يوم السبت انه أحرز تقدما جيدا مع مسؤولي الحكومة العراقية بشأن مسودة قانون النفط الذي تأخر بسبب خلافات بين بغداد واقليم كردستان بشمال العراق.
