I'm glad you brought up Penson. People here have lamented that their brokers have no knowledge of the divvy. Makes sense, as according to MONA, the cert has been sent to Penson for distribution to the brokers. We'll just have to wait for Penson to work its magic and distribute the divvies to appropriate brokers, in the amounts determined by shareholders of record on 1 Feb.

Once the brokers have the divvies, they will then be able to place in portfolios of individual accounts, according to number of shares of MONa each of us owned on 1 Feb.

either way, the clock is ticking on the restricted period.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I may be missing something or just don't know, but how in the world does Penson know who is suppose to receive the divy and how many shares? I would think that they would have to obtain that information from our brokers.

According to every post I have read, nobodys broker knows anything about the divy, so they certainly did not provide our account info for divy reception.

Correct me if I am wrong but I don't think there is a big information bin with all our names and share information floating around for Penson to take a look into.

ANYONE HAVE A LOGICAL EXPLANATION TO THIS QUESTION. WHERE DID THEY GET OUR INFORMATION TO SEND US OUR DIVYS?
