Actually Santa B, their debt is their CURRENT market cap. They borrow against their cap and as long as they receive financing through that method, they really don't owe anything. The problem is that their market cap is shrinking, while the out shares continue to climb. One LARGE deal/contract can wipe the slate clean. Again, it comes down to execution. So far dilution is winning, which explains the .0094 PPS.
