Everyone that thinks Tom will pay a dividend , needs to concider this.

Tom can't just pay a dividend to the common shareholders , all of the Preferreds are connected to any and all dividend payments.(see filings)
So for every dollar spent , only 10 cents would actually hit the street.
(Preferred Classes = 90% of all pay outs)
Tom & friends would make out like bandits , and the common shareholders would not get enough to make a differance.
It also would effect the bottom line in a negative way and SWVC definitely can not afford that!

This whole idea needs to be put to rest!

Lets don't put the cart before the horse !!
