your numbers are wrong on operating profit excepting one time events - it's all in the filing

no argument from me or anyone re legacy debt - sticks in my craw too - people had an opportunity to exit 4 months ago when it became clear (and some did)

that debt is NOT the issue at this point, however - the imminent explosion tells me you need to be in the stock - don't say you weren't warned
