High Commission for the elections to warn of obstacles impeding the provincial elections on schedule

حذر رئيس المفوضية العليا للانتخابات فرج الحيدري من وجود مشاكل تعيق اجراء انتخابات المحافظات، موضحاً ان تداخل عدد من الاقضية بين المحافظات المتجاورة وقضية المهجرين في الداخل والخارج, وتأخير المصادقة على قانون مجالس المحافظات , كلها عوامل غير مشجعة على اجراء الانتخابات المقررة في موعدها المحدد في تشرين الاول. من جهته قال القيادي في الائتلاف النائب عباس البياتي لصحيفة الحياة ان البرلمان سيباشر الاسبوع المقبل بمناقشة قانون مجالس المحافظات ، مضيفاً ان رئاسة مجلس النواب حددت منتصف الشهر المقبل موعداً نهائياً لإقراره .واشار البياتي الى اجتماعات مهمة عقدتها لجنة التعديلات الدستورية مع خبراء من الامم المتحدة للاتفاق على الصيغة النهائية لمسودة القانون .
