قال وزير التخطيط والتعاون الإنمائي علي بابان ان وفرة الإيرادات المالية المتحققة من ارتفاع اسعار النفط العالمية ستساعد على تنفيذ المشاريع العملاقة التي تعمل الحكومة العراقية على اقامتها. The Minister of Planning and Development Cooperation on the two doors to the abundance of financial revenues generated by high world oil prices will help the implementation of mega projects which the Iraqi government to be set up.
واضاف ان هناك "جهوداً لرسم استراتيجية واضحة بهدف تنفيذ هذه المشاريع سواء من خلال الاستثمار او بواسطة المؤسسات الحكومية من اجل توفير فرص اكبر للعمل وتقليص حجم البطالة". He added that there is "an effort to chart a clear strategy aimed at the implementation of these projects either through investment or through governmental institutions in order to provide greater opportunities for work and reduce the size of unemployment."
