Apple has been known for demanding that anything involving Apple plans, be removed from bloggs, other and, etc.

Ask Think Secret, Mac Rumors, they are all too familiar with Apple legal.
Been a Mac Head since 82 and know of some of their machinations.

My iPhone is awaiting the NeoReader, and I'm sure it's being developed via Apple's SDK process.
