Thank you for your response. We see that there was a name change from TLGP into the shares of GLCC and this may be the shares that the agent sent to our firm. We see no indication of a spin off of shares from MONARC CORP (MONA). The transfer agent would need to be in contact with the Depository Trust Company (DTC) where we hold our shares in order to have this spin off completed.
