I'm just guessing as well Dubi, with no info from the company, that's all that's possible.

Also, while the new shares are restricted, they could be being used to replace current shares that are being sold.

E.g. a creditor currently holding 50M shares is paid an additional 50M shares - they now can freely sell the previously held 50M shares with no net change in their position.

I'm just thinking there are ways those new shares, or an effective substitute for them, will likely make their way to market.
