with the talk in the filings about growth through acquisitions and the old A/S was 100,000,000 with about 95,000,000 O/S of those from what I can tell there are about 89,000,000 restricted I think that we can assume that the company plans on acquisitions with restricted stock.

In order to achieve that without having to "give away the store" I would again assume that they would like to see a higher stock price
