See and now we find out the equipment has not been shipped when we were all under the impression that it was. These inconsistencies are what can be costly to all of us.

Yes it makes sense to have the equipment arrive after the permits of course. But this tidbit of information coupled with the fact that they need help when it was stated to us that the permits weren't going to be a big deal could possibly be construed as management not knowing what they are doing. I am just looking at this through the eyes of a Pinky investor.
