have you noticed lately the game of chicken going on between the buy and sell side..at the beggining of the day there will be that 1 cent gap between the two between 23 and 25 today...no one wants to concede the middle at .24..there was that sale of 5000 shares at .23...but seller didn,t even try to lower the bid price and fill at .24....
