You bet. I haven't seen too many profitable companies tank like that. The big question here should be:
What are the common shareholders of NH getting? Probably common of SWVC. Knowing that those shares dilute like there is no tomorrow, shareholders are jumping ship IMO
What is Swartz getting? My guess would be that he gets bottomless preferred shares + a little cash. Just like all the other acquisitions. I can see the dilution tanker coming into port already. But let's see what happens.
BTW a market cap of $30M would put the sp at $.0013 with fully diluted shares. However that number is more than likely to go down with this acquisition.
