On the last spike to .033, RCCH already went up quite a bit before any news came out; the same thing will happen now with news expected soon and probably a CPIC update would send RCCH right back up quickly; there's not much time left before the Washington, DC EXPO in May. Today may be the last day to buy at this pps.
