Verifiable DD is important, and I think shareholders would love to have some answers to the following. Nothing but speculation so far...why is management hiding the following from shareholders?

1. What is the current share structure?

2. What MM is AERP/JAVELIN Diluting/Selling shares through?

3. What "Dealers" Actually have product for sale in their stores?

4. When will they stop using a gagged transfer agent and allow shareholders or potential shareholders access to basic information such as the current share structure as all good legit publicly held stocks do?

5. When will they stop Diluting?

6. When will they execute the "substantial" Reverse split as outlined in the october 19th,2007 8K? And how substantial is it going to be?

Basic information for shareholders-----What a concept!

you know it's one thing to have an opinion

it's another to post that opinion as fact

this has been covered how many times now..

call the Nevada sos ..
and verify for yourself

exactly why .. aero's info is current
and up to date .. the cost to change
out early has a price tag attached to it

that is share structure dependent

that info can be verified --
by calling out to nevada .. it's all
in this post from march .. when *certain* info
was presented as fact .. and was anything .. but

the filing fee is one thing .. to change the
name of the company ...

which aero did .. it kicked in in january ..

sort of *coincided* with the 14c .. some of you longs

that said .. in chatting with irene
to *change out the officers* is a
separate fee and is totally dependent
on the shares .. that is why aero is
not changing out the ceo until july
when the cost won't be *substantial*

her exact quote to me .. was the fee
can range from

There is that word again......."COVERED" seems to be the buzz word for now,pure speculation on "why" they have not as javelin has had zero trouble changing officer names when they are inserting one of their officers names, but when it comes time to remove one it is now to costly? sorry but I dont buy that speculation or opinion.

Javelin/Peacock are fully in charge and calling all the shots and have been the whole time, hunsaker is but a puppet and due to the recent CFO being charged with stock fraud it wont shock me to see him bail out and seperate himself from this mess. I bet there is plenty going on behind the scenes right now and lines being drawn in the sand, it will probably be every man for himself and plenty of singing when the heat gets applied which I think is a near term reality, but hey that is just speculation on my part, call it a hunch.
