FWIW.. I would think the place to file would be in Federal District Court that covers the part of Connecticut in which the corporate offices are located.... granted some here don't believe Johnny C had anything to do with the fraud.. but any good lawyer is going to name the corporation of record as a defendant and that is where the only assets of record are...

plus its much more convenient for a slew of attorneys that handle this type of securities fraud being an hour or so out of NYC
