WHY DOES SOMEBODY HAVE TO STATE THE OBVIOUS?
If the company is buying back shares then they have excess cash and are expanding sales. There is money rolling in and the BOD is advising that they buy back shares? Is somebody so shell shocked that they don't want to believe all the positive PRs lately?
We've been so pounded with 'I want to see the financials' that we don't really digest the positive news that DOES come out. There are many reasons that this company has had to hold back financial.

Well, boys, I'm going to increase my own buy back program tomorrow.
