(Other OTC:DKGR.PK - News) is pleased to announce its management has engaged Harbin Engineering P.C., of Forsyth, GA, to finalize the establishment of its mining project by providing and covering all aspects of the permitting process and related engineering design.

J. Steven Harbin, P.E., founder and principal engineer of Harbin Engineering, has over twenty-five years experience in environmental and civil engineering. He represents a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field, including work in both the public and private sectors. His outstanding level of experience in environmental and civil engineering in Georgia makes him an ideal choice in dealing with local, county, and state officials.
