I just spoke with Adino IR, and he reaffirmed that the consulting fees from this last year are done and will not continue in '08. They were repayments in stock to CEO and Chairman who had been not receiving pay and loaning the company money over the last few years while the company was dormant. After backing those fees out, the company was over $300k in the black last year.
