Rumor has it????----where did you find that rumor? Did you see something in the 10K to indicate the company was going to change management?

You wrote, "What have they done for the loyal shareholders like us". You are about the most disloyal shareholder that posts on this board. And why do you think buying and holding some shares makes you a "loyal shareholder" in the eyes of the company. You are just a gambler like the rest of us peon players. If you don't know when to sell to take a profit or minimize a loss, that is your problem. I guess you think the company mgt has not done something to make you rich overnight so they need to resign. What a crock of barnyard horse hocky!!

Do you even know how much of an extension is allowed on 10Qs?
