I still believe this to be the case. Hemi may be flying under the radar with investors but not with the industry.

That sounds correct and it also would not surprise me if Keith has not received one or more buyout offers but cannot release that information. Also consider coydog's post last week about a big whale selling on volume to dampen the price. One possible explanation, pure speculation of course, is one of hemi's potential suitors buying as cheap as possible on the market which minimizes eventual buyout cost to them.
Also if other large companies recognize how undervalued hemi is they could just be accumulating to take advantage of a future buyout, whether they make the offer or not.
