I agree. Funny how in the beginning of the article the writer makes it sound like the deal is just about dead, but then in the latter part of the article it says financing has been arranged. If they have financing, then how is 70MM relevant?

Can't help but wonder if someone wrote this article to make the stock back up. At any rate, I actually like the piece.
